Welcome New Member Gift

▸The NT$50 Welcome Credit will be automatically added after completing the registration process. The validity of the Welcome Credit is 45 days and cannot be extended.

▸Upgrade Credit: Upon upgrading, receive up to NT$250 in Upgrade credit. The validity of the Welcome Credit is 90 days and cannot be extended.

Birthday Credit

▸The validity of the Birthday Credit is 60 days and cannot be extended.

▸Members must fill in their membership information and birthdays correctly. Please avoid making repeated changes to prevent affecting future entitlements.

▸Complete the registration before the birthday month, and the system will automatically issue birthday credit to the member's account on the 1st of each month. Members must log in to their account to automatically redeem it.

▸Birthday credits are only valid on Mona Frema's global official website. They cannot be exchanged for other gifts or cash.

If products are returned after the birthday credit has expired, it will be considered as used, and any unused amount will not be reissued again.

Credit Policy

▸ If items are returned after credits expire, credits won't be reissued.
▸ The Subscribe EDM & WhatsApp Credit are not eligible for members who registered before 2025/3/01.

Reward Points

▸Each reward point can be redeemed for NTD 1 towards purchases. A minimum purchase of NTD 800 is required per transaction to use the reward points.

▸Reward points are calculated based on the actual payment amount. The system will automatically determine the membership tier at the time of purchase and apply the corresponding Reward Points. Any amounts discounted for shipping, promotions, vouchers, or reward point redemption will not be included in the calculation. Please note that decimal points will not be counted, and they will not accumulate towards the next orders.

▸Reward points earned from purchases are valid until January 1st each year. Any unredeemed points will be automatically deducted from the account without prior notice after the validation period. For any canceled orders or returned goods within this period, the system will automatically revoke the corresponding reward points.
